Emulation: extra RAM / Spectrum RA

Emulation of extra RAM is supported for the three known cartridges:

• Animaction
  which has an additional 2k on board ram located at $2000- $27ff

• Spectrum RA
  which has an additional 2k on board ram located at $8000- $87ff

• Logo
  which has an additional 8k on board ram located at $6000- $7fff

Also supported are the 8 LED from spectrum RA (controlled by the Joyport output of 8 buttons) - and a insert coin button (PB6 of Via ORB).
These can only be seen and accessed at the "cartridge" window (in dissi type "carti").
